Bridging strategy, deep tech, and enterprise reality
to make AI actually work inside organizations.

17 years turning complex technology into commercial outcomes — from Gartner's research board and PwC to a $1.2B Dell EMC acquisition. Today I advise enterprises on AI adoption, deploy capital into frontier companies, and build ventures where technology meets practical use.

Where strategy meets
deep tech meets execution

I've spent 17 years at the highest levels of enterprise technology — advising Fortune 500 boards at Gartner, leading large-scale transformation engagements at PwC, and building the New York advisory practice for Virtustream through its $1.2 billion acquisition by Dell EMC.

My focus is on making AI practical. Not theoretical. Not a slide deck. I work at the intersection of deep technology and enterprise reality — helping organizations cut through the noise and deploy AI where it creates measurable outcomes. I'm a founding team member and Managing Director at Naitiv, the AI-native ServiceNow consultancy reshaping how regulated industries adopt intelligent platforms at scale.

Beyond Naitiv, I run Trinovation Partners (tech services for early-stage startups), lead Elpis Labs (open innovation and international market access), and deploy capital through Quadratic VC and Symbious Capital. Strategy without execution is just theory — I build through it.

Deploying capital at the
frontier of AI and commerce

I invest in Seed through Series C companies building at the intersection of enterprise AI, payments infrastructure, and intelligent workflow automation. My edge is operational — I've sat in the seat, scaled the team, and navigated the enterprise sale.

I back founders who are obsessed with real business outcomes, not just technology for its own sake. Regulated industries — insurance, financial services, healthcare — are where I see the greatest AI displacement and the most durable moats.
